Ingredients
Milk - 1 litre
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp
Method
Boil the milk on medium flame till it reduces to half Keep stirring at intervals
After the milk reduces to half, add the sugar and mix well Continue to stir it
Add the cardamom powder and stir well
Once the excess moisture is evaporated and it comes to a thick mass, turn off the stove
You can serve it warm or cold
