Ingredients: -
½ cup of Almonds -
½ cup of pistachios -
¼ cup of cashew nuts -
1 tbsp of cardamom powder -
4 tsp of nutmeg powder -
1/8 of saffron stands -
1 ltr of milk -
Sugar to taste
Method:
- Grind the nuts together
– Almonds, pistachios, cashew nuts, cardamom powder,nutmeg powder and saffron stands until you get a proper powder
- Boil the milk and add few tbsp of the powder, sugar to taste
. - Let the milk boil for 5-6 minutes.
- Masala Milk is ready to be served.
