Ingredients:
All purpose flour(maida)-1 cup(130 gm)
Condensed milk-4 to 6 tbsp(you may use mawa/milk powder instead)
Milk-200 ml
Fennel seeds(saunf)-1/2 tsp
Semolina(sooji/rawa)-3 tbsp
Cardamom powder-1/4 tsp
Saffron(kesar)-1 pinch(optional)
Cashew(chopped)-6 to 8
Pistachio(chopped)-8 to 10
Ghee/oil-150 gm
Sugar-1 cup(200 gram approx)
Water-1/2 cup or 125 ml.
