Ingredients:
400 grams milk
3 tbsp cream
2 tbsp corn flour
1 large full packet of marrie biscuits
4 large bars of chocolates or 7 bars of small chocolates.
1 teaspoon of coffee (optional)
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
Preparation method:
1st layer of the sweet dish:
Crush the plain biscuits to put these in a bowl/plate/dish, the crushed biscuits should be all over the dish to form a layer.
For the 2nd layer:
Add Milk in a pan and let it boil then add condensed milk into the milk and cook this for 2 minutes on a medium heat.
Now make the cornflour paste from milk and add this to the pan.
Close the flame when this becomes thick.
Now add cream and coffee as well into the pan and mix it well.
Now pour this to the crushed biscuits to make the second layer.
3rd/Final layer:
When the dish becomes warm from hot, crush the chocolates and put these into the dish to make the final layer. Now refrigerate the dish for 4-6 hours and then serve. Enjoy. :
