Ingredients:-
Raw Mango 1 cup
water 1 tsp.
Cumin Seeds
Sugar as per taste
½ tsp. Black Salt
Mint Leaves
Method:
- Peel off the skin of the mangoes and chop them roughly.
Add the chopped mangoes to the pressure cooker with 1 cup of water.
Cook till one whistle is blown.
Heat a pan and add cumin seeds to it.
Roast the cumin seeds for 2 minutes and crush them roughly.
Once the pressure cooker cools down open the lid and transfer the entire contents to a mixer/grinder. Add ice cubes, ½ tsp.
crushed cumin seeds, sugar, black salt, mint leaves and water to it and grind it well.
Refreshingly delicious Raw Mango Jaljeera is ready to be served! Serve it in a glass and garnish with crushed cumin and mint leaves.
