Ingredients:-
2 tbsp of roasted cumin seeds
1 1/2 tbsp black salt
1 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 a cup of coriander leaves
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 a cup of water
Cold water
Boondi to garnish
Method:
- Pound the cumin seeds and black salt in a mortel and pestel and make a powder.
In a mixer/grinder add mint leaves, coriander leaves, cumin & black salt powder, lemon juice, water and grind it all well to form a paste.
Serving:-
In a jar add the green paste and cold water.
Stir properly and adjust salt and lemon juice as per taste.
Serve chilled in a glass garnished with boondi.
