Ingredients:-
1 cup of lukewarm milk
¾th tsp of curd
1 ½cup curd
¼ tsp of saffron soaked in 1 ½ tbsp of water for 15-20 minutes
3 tbsp of sugar
¼ tsp cardamom powder
4 cubes of ice To garnish, almond & pistachio flakes
Method:-
The curd:- Take curd and beat it lightly and add it to the warm milk.
Mix and break lumps if any.
Keep aside for 4-5 hours and then refrigerate.
The lassi:-
In a blender add the curd, soaked saffron, sugar, cardamom powder and blend it all together.
Now add ice and blend again.
Delicious Kesar Lassi is ready to serve! Garnish with almond and pistachio flakes.
