Ingredients:
1 Cup Raw Mango Pulp
2 Cups Sugar
1 tsp Cardamom Powder
Salt to taste
Cold Water

Method:
- To make the raw mango pulp, first peel the raw mangoes and cook them in a pressure cooker. Get rid of the seed and your pulp is ready.
- In a mixer add the pulp and sugar. Grind everything till the sugar dissolves.
- Add salt and cardamom powder. Mix everything well.
- Then take few spoons of the pulp in a large bowl and add cold water. Stir well.
- Kairicha Panha / Raw Mango Drink is ready!
