बाजरे की राब | Rajasthani Raab Recipe | Bajre ki Raab | Winter Recipes | Traditional Rajasthani Food

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Dahi

• 2 tbsp Bajra Atta

• 4 cups Water

• Salt To Taste

• 1 Green Chilli

Method

1. Take a bowl, add a cup of curd, bajra atta, few cups of water, salt to taste and Whisk it well together.

2. Rest for 4-5 hours until the water separates.

3. Now in a kadhai, place the bowl with the contents and Boil the water from the mixture by stirring it continuously.

4. Add the rest of the mixture and Boil it on slow flame for about 10 minutes.

5. Put chopped green chillies and Keep stirring in order to avoid the curd from splitting.

6. Serve it in a bowl and Garnish with fresh coriander leaves along with chilli flakes.

7. Ready to Eat!
