Desi Ghee 50 grams

Makhana 2 tblsps

Gond (approx. 25 grams)

1/4 cup dry coconut grated

1/4 cup Magajtari Seeds (Malon seeds)

1 cup Wheat Flour

1/4 cup cashew nuts roasted and chopped

1/4 cup walnuts roasted and chopped

1/4 cup Almonds roasted and chopped

20-25 Pista roasted and chopped

1 tsp Sonth Powder

1 tsp Cardamom Powder (Elaichi Powder)

Ganthoda Powder

1 tsp Black pepper powder

1/4 tsp Saffron (Kesar)

25-26 Dry Dates

1 1/4 cup Rock Sugar (Khadishakar)
