Ingredients For Green Peas Falafel:

• 200 gms Green Peas

• 1 bunch Spinach

• 2 tbsp Paneer

• 2 tsp Zataar Powder

• 1/2 tsp White Pepper

• Salt To Taste

• 1 Garlic Clove For Green Tahini

Sauce:

• 3 tbsp Parsley

• 1 tbps Fresh Coriander Leaves

• 1 cup Tahini Paste

• 2 Garlic Cloves

• 4 tbsp Iced Cold Water

• 4 tbsp Lemon Juice

• 1 tsp Salt

• 1/2 tsp Cumin Assemble Falafel:

• 3 Pita Rotis

• 3 tbsp Shatta Sauce

• 1 cup Salad

• Green Tahini Sauce

• Green Peas Falafel

Methods For Green Peas Falafel

1. Take a bowl, add boiled green peas, bunch of blanched spinach, paneer, white pepper powder, zaatar powder, salt to taste, garlic clove and Grind it all together.

2. Now make small tikkis out of the mixture and Fry it in a pan greased with oil.

3. Cook the tikkis for a minute from both sides. Air Fry them as well until they turn golden brown in colour. The Tikkis are Ready !

4. To assemble the Falafel, take few pita bread with a pocket made in the center, fill in the salad contents like lettuce, onion, tomato along with a drizzle of shatta sauce and green tahini sauce.

5. Finally place the green pea falafel inside the pita pockets. Top it with green tahini sauce.

6. Ready to Eat

! For Green Tahini Sauce

1. Take a small bowl, pour in a cup of tahini paste, lemon juice, cumin seeds, garlic cloves, coriander leaves, parsley, salt and Whisk it all together nicely.

2. Pour in water as required, mix it together and then Grind into a smooth paste.

3. The sauce is ready to be used while making Falafel Wraps and other food recipes.
