Vegan Rice Pudding Recipe with Raisins - Vegan Winter Recipes

Ingredients:

1 cup rice, cooked

2 cups almond milk

1/4 cup agave nectar

1 tablespoon maple syrup

1/2 banana, chopped

1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice blend)

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:

Place cooked rice in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.

Add in almond milk, agave nectar, maple syrup, banana, apple pie spice, and raisins.

Stir until well combined.

Bring to a boil and then allow to simmer for 30 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice has reached a creamy consistency.

It should still be very moist.

Remove saucepan from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

Serve warm and enjoy your vegan rice pudding.
