Ingredients:
3 Crabs, cleaned, washed and Pincers separated Walking legs pureed and strained well
Oil 1/4 cup
Dry coconut grated 1/2 cup
sliced onions
1 tsp corriander seeds
1 tbsp white sesame seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbsp Garam masala powder
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 cup Tomatoes (chopped)
1/4 cup Corriander Leaves
4 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Water
Salt
Coriander Leaves (for garnish)
Method:
Let's start with heating up the Oil in the Pan then add Dry Coconut (grated), Onions (sliced) saute this till Onion turn golden brown color then add Coriander Seeds, White Sesame Seeds, Cumin Seeds. Next toast this for 1 minute and then transfer it into the bowl.
Now transfer the spice into blender jar then add Red Chilli Powder, Garam Masala Powder, Ginger - Garlic Paste, Turmeric Powder, Tomatoes (chopped)and Coriander Leaves now grind this into smooth paste.
Next heat up the Pan or Wok and add in Vegetable Oil then pour the Masala in the Pan with Water.
Next mix it properly then add Salt, Crabs (clean), Pureed Crabs (legs) cook it in high flame lastly just add Coriander Leaves and your Crab Curry is ready to serve.
