Ingredients:
2 Cups Sweet Corn
Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder
1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
1/4th tsp Cumin Seeds Powder
a pinch of white pepper powder
juice of half a lime
4 tbsp Corn Flour
Method:
- Boil the sweet corn in hot water for 5 minutes
. - Drain the water and let them cool down.
- Coat them with corn flour and salt.
- Deep fry in hot oil.
- To the fried corns, add red chilli powder, chaat masala, cumin seeds powder, white pepper powder and salt. Mix well.
- Add juice of half a lime.
- Add coriander leaves. Give a mix.
- Crispy corn is ready.
