Chicken Pakoda:
Ingredients:
1/2 kg Boneless Chicken, minced
4 Onion, sliced
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1/4 tbsp Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp Fennel Seed Powder
1/2 tbsp Garam Masala
2 Green Chillies, finely chopped
1/2 cup Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
1/2 Lemon, juice
Gram Flour as required
Oil for frying
Chaat Masala
Green Chutney,
for serving
Method of preparation:
Take the minced chicken in a plate, add onion, salt and mix it well.
Keep the mixture aside for 5 minutes until the onions start leaving water.
Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, fennel seed powder, garam masala, green chilies, finely chopped coriander leaves, lemon juice and mix them well.
Now gradually add gram flour till it holds up.
Our mixture is ready
In a kadhai heat oil and fry the pakodas till golden brown and crisp. (Tips: Heat the oil before and then switch it to medium flame and then fry the pakodas.)
Our Chicken Pakoda is ready to be served
