Ingredients:
1/2 kg Boneless Chicken
4 tbsp Curd
1/2 Lemon Juice
1/2 tbsp Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
8-10 Dried Red Chillies
2 tbsp Ghee
1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
7-8 Cloves
10-12 Black Peppercorns
1 tbsp Garlic
1 tbsp Ginger
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Curry Leaves
Method:
1. Take a bowl and add boneless chicken to it.
2. Add few spoons of curd to it.
3. Put some lemon juice.
4. Add some turmeric powder to it along with salt to taste.
5. Mix it all together.
6. Now take few dried red chillies and dry roast it in a pan.
7. Cook for some time and then add them straight into a mixer jar.
8. Now in the pan take few spoons of ghee, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, few cloves and black peppercorns.
9. Cook it in the ghee and then add it in the jar. Grind it all till it turns into a red paste.
10. Now take the bowl of marinated chicken and add garlic-ginger to it.
11. Mix it together and then keep it aside.
12. Take a pan and add ghee to it.
13. Put the marinated chicken pieces in the pan and fry it from both the sides.
14. Now on another pan, add some ghee, few curry leaves and add the red paste made as well. Stir and mix it for some time.
15. Add the chicken pieces in the red paste. Stir it for about 5 minutes till the ghee aroma starts to leave the pan.
16. Take it out in a plate and Ready to Eat.
