Ingredients:
250gm chana dal
Wheat flour dough
1 tsp salt
1tsp red chilli powder
Half tsp haldi
2tsp coriander powder
Mustard oil(for frying)
For garam masala:
4 cloves
2cardamom
8,10 black pepper
Half tsp jeera
2 bay leaf
Method:
Boil dal and then take dough.
Make small round and fill it with dal filling and fry it with mustard oil.
