Ingredients
100 ml Toned Milk
50 ml cream
50 -- 75 gms Dark Chocolate bar (depending on how chocolaty you want it to be)
1/4th cup marshmallows
1 teaspoon castor sugar
1 stick cinnamon cinnamon
1 pinch ground sea salt (optional)

My favourite moment is sipping away this hot chocolate while looking at the pouring rain.
This recipe is easy but divine. Trust me on that. So let's begin
-- Break the chocolate into even pieces and melt it either over double boiler or in the microwave.
Pour the milk into a large pan, and bring it almost to the boil over medium heat.
Add cinnamon sticks to this. Add the marshmallows and let them melt.
Save a few for garnish.
Now add melted dark chocolate and cream to this milk.
Let this simmer on medium flame for a few minutes.
Serve hot and thick!
