Ingredients:-
80g dark chocolate (morde), chopped
1 ½ cups milk
1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
pinch of salt
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp cinnamon
pinch of nutmeg
½ tsp cardamom powder
pinch of cayenne pepper
Whipped cream
Chocolate to grate on top
Cinnamon stick
Method of preparation
Bring the milk to a simmer and add the chocolate and spices.
Stir with a rubber spatula until melted. Milk should never come to a boil.
Pour the chocolate milk into two cups.
Add some whipped cream on top, and shave some chocolate over and cinnamon stick.
