Milk- 500 ml
Green cardamom- 4 or powder- 1/4 tbsp
Almonds blanched and ground -15
Sugar 5 tablespoons
Gur ka laddu/ jaggery sweet made in india (optional)
Turmeric- 1/4 tbsp
you can add cashew/ Pistachios
Method
Step 1- Boil the milk. Once it comes to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for about 5 mins, stirring continuously, till the milk reduces and thickens slightly.
Step 2-Add the green cardamom powder and sugar and stir to mix. Simmer for two to three minutes.
Add the almonds and pistachios and Turmeric and mix well.
Step 3-Serve hot or cold.
