Hara Bhara Kebab - Vegetarian Kebab - Starter Snacks Recipe By Ruchi Bharani [HD]

Ingredients:

20 - 25 blanched Spinach Leaves

1 cup blanched Fenugreek Leaves

1/2 cup Mint Leaves

1/2 cup finely chopped French Beans

1/2 cup finely chopped Capsicum

1/2 cup finely chopped Cabbage

1/2 grated Paneer

1/2 cup semi crushed boiled Green Peas

1 - 1 & 1/2 tsp Ginger Chilli Paste

1 tsp Cumin Seed Powder

2 - 3 tbsp Cornflour

2 - 3 tsp Sugar

Salt

2 boiled and mashed Potatoes

Oil

Method:

- Heat a tbsp oil in a pan and stir fry the vegetables, capsicum, french beans, cabbage, green peas.

- Turn off the flame and let it cool

- Meanwhile in a bowl add mashed potato, spinach leaves, fenugreek leaves, mint leaves, ginger chilli paste, cumin seed powder, sugar, paneer, cornflour, salt and the cooled down vegetables and mix everything well.

- Make flat round kababs out of the kabab mix dough and deep fry them in medium flame

- Fry both the sides till light golden brown and its ready to be served
