1/4 Cup Cornflour (corn starch)

1 1/2 Tsp Kashmiri/Byadgi red chilli powder
1/2 Cup water
Cooking oil for frying
Salt to taste

1 Tsp Chaat masala
1 Tsp Roasted cumin powder (jeera powder)
1 Tsp Red chilli powder
Pinch of salt

Some chopped fresh coriander
