झटपट फटाफट रगडा । Ragda Recipe | Aloo Chaat Recipe | pani puri ragda | ragada

///////// Ingredients ////////

200 gms white peas or safed vatana.

Rinse the white peas and then soak the peas in enough water over night.

The next day you will see the peas has almost doubled the size.

1 large onion finely chopped.

1 large tomato.

1 large potato.

1 tbsp roasted coriander and cumin powder.

1 tsp red chilli powder.

1/2 tsp turmeric powder.

Salt to taste.

3tbsp imli aur gur ki chutney (recipe link is given in the description box).

2 green chillies finely chopped.

Coriander for garnishing.

///////// Method /////////

Drain water and rinse the soaked peas in fresh clean water.

In a pressure cooker add the soaked peas, 2-3glass of water, salt to taste, turmeric powder and tomato (remove a small amount for garnishing).

Pressure cook the vatanas close the lid and give 1 whistle on high flame And 5-6 whistle on low flame Or until the peas becomes soft.

???? Tips:-peas take along time to cook in case they r not cooked completely pressure cook again for 5 -10 mins add more water if required to cook????

When the pressure settles down open the lid remove the potato

Wash the potato and peel off the skin.

Stir and check it with hand if the peas are cooked.

???? Tips the peas should have become soft and mushy ????

Now we will add the remaining ingredients.

1 medium bowl of warm water( it will depend on the consistency of the vatanas ).

???? Tips if ur vatanas consistency is neither thick nor thin do not add water ???? Cut Potato in to cubes and add.

Red chilli powder.

2 tbsp imli aur gud ki chutney.

Green chillies finely chopped.

Onion remove some for garnishing Coriander Mix well.

With light hands.

Remove it in serving bowl.
