Method
In a bowl, mix maida, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and keep this aside In another bowl, mix oil, milk, vanilla essence and this to the dry ingredients Mix everything well Add hot water and mix well Grease the baking tin with oil and flour. Dust off the excess Pour the cake batter into the tin Heat a pressure cooker with rock salt, place a stand at the bottom, place a plate on top of the stand and place the tin on the plate Close the pressure cooker and bake the cake for 90 mins Take the cake out and let it cool completely Heat a saucepan, add fresh cream, chocolate pieces and mix well Turn off the stove when the chocolate is completely melted, keep it aside Take the cake out from the tin Pour the chocolate ganache over the cake Decorate the cake with chocolate wafers Delicious soft and moist Chocolate Cake is ready
