Plum cake
Ingredients
1. 1/4 cup mix fruit juice
2. 1 tsp chopped dates
3. 1 tsp raisin
4. 1 tsp cherry
5. 1 tsp colourful Tutti Frutti
6. ½ cup milk
7. 1 tsp vinegar
8. 1 tbsp sugar + ¼ cup sugar
9. 1 tbsp water + ¼ cup water
10. 1 cup Maida
11. 1 tsp baking powder
12. ½ tsp baking soda
13. 2 tsp corn flour
14. 2 tbsp milk powder
15. ¼ tsp cardamom powder
16. ¼ cinnamon powder
17. ¼ cup oil
18. Mix nuts
19. 1 tsp vanilla essence
Method
1. Take fruit juice, dates, raisin, cherry, Tutti Frutti in a bowl and mix and soak it for 1 hour.
2. Now add 1 tsp vinegar in ½ cup milk, mix it and keep aside.
3. Now make caramel syrup. For this add sugar and water in a pan and cook till caramelized. Now add ¼ cup water and mix, caramel syrup is ready.
4. Add this syrup in fruit mixture and mix. Add ¼ cup sugar and mix.
5. Now add all dry ingredients and mix well. Now add milk and mix well.
6. Now add oil, mix nut and vanilla essence and mix well. Batter is ready.
7. Grease a tin, put butter paper and add batter.
8. Preheat a pan for 10 min. now place the cake tin in pan.
9. Cover it and bake for 45 min in low to medium flame.
