How to Make Anjeer Balls | Christmas Special Recipes

Serves- 2-4

Ingredients-

300 gm dried anjeer (figs)

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup mixed nuts, chopped

Refined oil- for greasing

2-3 silver leaves (chandi varak)

Method-

Coarsely ground the dried anjeer (figs) and keep aside. In a pan, add sugar and caramelize it Add chopped mixed nuts, mix well and keep aside.

In a tray, place a foil paper & grease it with refined oil.

Spread the candied nuts mixture on it and refrigerate for 15-20 mins.

Crush the candied nuts once set.

Mix the candied nuts with the coarsely ground anjeer and make mini balls.

Roll the anjeer balls over silver leaves (varak) & serve.
