Diwali Special मालपुआ - Halwai Style Malpua Recipe In Hindi - Indian Dessert Recipe - Seema

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Wheat Flour

1/2 cup Maida

3 tbsp Semolina

1/2 tsp Fennel seed powder

Green Cardamom, crushed 4 tbsp

Mawa+Milk Milk

Oil for frying

For Syrup

1/2 cup Water

1 cup Sugar

Green Cardamom, crushed Saffron

For Garnishing:

Pistachios flakes

Almond falkes

A pinch of fennel seed powder

Fennel seeds

Method of preparation:

In a bowl add wheat flour, maida, semolina, fennel seed powder, crushed green cardamom, mix well.

Add mawa and milk mixture, milk, mix well and see that there are no lumps formed.

Heat oil in a vessel, add a laddle full of batter and deep fry it on low flame.

Take it out on a plate and let it cool.

Once the Malpua's have cooled down transfer it into the luke warm sugar syrup for 3-4 minutes.

Plate the malpua and garnish it with dry fruits and fennel seed powder.

For Syrup In a pan heat water, add sugar, cardamom, saffron, mix well and once the sugar melts, lower the flame.

Cook it for 4-5 minutes on low flame and keep stirring it simultaneously. Our Malpua's are ready to serve.
