Crispy Karela Chips in Tamil | How To Make Bitter Gourd Chips By Preetha | Pavakkai Chips

Ingredients:-

2 medium sized bitter gourd, thinly sliced

Salt ½ tsp

Turmeric 1 tsp

Red chilli powder ½ tsp

Fennel powder 1 tsp

Coriander seed powder 1 tbsp

Rice flour 1 tbsp

Cornflour

Water

Oil for deep frying

2 to 3 Green chillies. slit

Few sprigs curry leaves

Method of preparation

• In a bowl, combine all dry masalas along with salt. Add karela and mix well. Keep aside for 15 minutes.

• Add rice flour and cornflour, mix well. Sprinkle water if you feel masala needs to be well coated.

• Deep fry in hot oil. While frying, you can also add some green chillies and curry leaves.

• Drain on absorbent paper and serve
