1/2 kg Bitter Gourd (Karela)
1 raw Mango or 2 tablespoon Dried Mango Powder (Amchur)
3/4 tablespoon Turmeric Powder (Haldi)
1/2 tablespoon Red Chilli Powder (Lal Mirch)
Salt to taste
8 tablespoon mustard oil (sarson tel)
1/2 tablespoon asfoetida (heeng)
2 Onions (Pyaz), finely chopped
2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic paste (adrak lehsun)
4 tablespoon Bharwan Masala
