Ingredients:
Water as required
Sugar 1 Tablespoon
Maida 2 Tablespoons
Rice flour 2 Tablespoons
Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
Cumin powder 1 Teaspoon
Red chili powder 1 Teaspoon
Ajinomoto 1/2 Teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Bitter gourd 5 Numbers
Oil as required
Curry leaves 3 Stricks
Method:
Cut bitter gourd into thin slices and keep aside.
Take a pan, add bitter gourd slices, water, sugar, salt and let it boil.
After it's cooked and all water is evaporated, keep aside.
Now take a plate, add corn flour, rice flour, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, salt and mix it well.
Then coat it with cooked bitter gourd pieces and deep fry in hot oil till it becomes crispy.
Serve with sautéed curry leaves.
