Ingredients:
Keema 500 g
Bitter Gourd 250 g
Tomato 1
Green Chilli 3
Onion 1.5 cup
Garlic Ginger Paste 2 Tbs
Salt 1 Ts
Turmeric 1/2 Ts
Black Pepper 1 Ts
Garam Masala 1 Tbs
Coriandrum Sativum 1 Tbs
Fennel Flowers 1/4 Ts
Coriander Leaves 50 g
Green Chilli 2
Olive Oil 1 cup
Water 2 cup
Preparation:
1) Warm Olive Oil and ad Onions and cook.
2) Add all the spices along the tomato paste.
3) Cook for a while.
4) Add Keema and cook for a while.
5) Add Water.
6) Cook for 20 minutes.
7) Fry the Bitter Gourd separately.
8) Add Bitter Gourd to keema.
9) Steam for 5 to 7 minutes at low flame.
10) Add Black Cumin, Mint and coriander leaves.
11) Ready to Serve.
