Ingredients:

Serves 4 - 5 pax

3L of water

600g of pork ribs - blanched

500g of chicken feet - blanched

350g of bitter gourd

1 thumb size ginger - sliced

1 whole tomato - cut into wedges

150g of Sichuan vegetables - just wash twice - no soaking required

10 cloves of garlic - with skin intact

1 teaspoon of salt -- or to taste
