150 to 200 gm Bitter gourd
2 tbs peanuts
4-5 tsp Gathiya or Besan (roasted)
2 tsp sesameseeds
2 tbs jaggery\gol
salt to taste
1\2 lemon
6 garlic cloves
2 tsp red chili Powder
2 tsp Dhaniya-jeera Powder
1\2 tsp Turmeric Powder
salt to taste
1 tsp Garam masala
Coriander leaves
2 tsp Oil + 2 tbs Oil
