Ingredients -
2 tblsps Oil
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
2 dry whole Red Chillies
1 tsp grated Ginger
3 medium tomatoes (either chop in chopper or grate it)
1/2 tsp Asafoetida (Hing)
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder (Haldi Powder)
1 tblsp Coriander Seeds Powder (Dhaniya Powder)
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds Powder (Jeera Powder)
1 tblsp Red Chilly Powder
2 tsps Pav Bhaji Masala
1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
500 Grams Lauki (Peeled and chopped and boiled with 1/4 cup water and mash it using Pav Bhaji masher)
1/2 cup Boiled Mutter (Green Peas)
1 tblsp Fresh Curd (Dahi)
1 tblsp Malai
2 tblsps Coriander Leaves
