Ingredients:-
1½ tsp. Oil
1 tsp. Fenugreek Seeds
1 tsp. Mustard Seeds
1 tsp. Cumin Seeds
2 Round Red Chillies (बोरिया मिर्च)
Curry Leaves
½ tsp. Asafoetida
1 Tomato, chopped
½ cup Green Peas
1 Bottle Gourd, diced
¼ tsp. Turmeric Powder
½ tsp. Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp. Coriander-Cumin Powder
Coriander Leaves, finely chopped
1½ Cup Water
Method:-
1. Heat oil in a pan and add fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, round red chillies, curry leaves, asafoetida, tomato, peas and cook for 2 minutes.
2. Then add green peas and the bottle gourd followed by turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander-cumin powder and coriander leaves. Mix well.
3. Now add water and cook on a medium flame with the lid on for 12-15.
4. Mash the bottle gourd pieces with the spatula and turn the flame off. 5. Add coriander leaves and serve.
