Ingredients:
1 Eggplant (Baingan / Vanga)
2 Onions, chopped
2-3 Green Chillies, chopped
Coriander Leaves
Salt to taste

Method:
Apply some oil on the eggplant and roast it from all the sides on a medium flame.
Once the eggplant is cooked remove it on a plate and allow it to cool.
- Peel off the black skin and mash the egg plant.
- In a bowl take the mashed eggplant.
Add onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt .
- Mix everything well.
