Ingredients
2 cups doodhi, grated
¼ cup ghee
¼ cup cashews
¼ cup raisins
1 cup milk
½ cup khoya, grated
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
Silver warq for garnish
Almond slivers for garnish
Method
1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan, add cashews and raisins. Roast till golden brown. Set aside.
2. Add doodhi to the same pan, cook for a few minutes. Add milk, stir and mix well. Cover and cook till milk reduces.
3. Add khoya and sugar, mix well. Cook till sugar melts.
4. Add coriander powder and the roasted dry fruits. Mix well.
5. Transfer to serving bowl, garnish with silver varq and almond slivers. Serve warm.
