The number of ingredients for this dish can vary, in this recipe, the following proportion was used:
Eggs - 4
Broccoli – 1 pound (450 gr)
Bell pepper - 2
An apple Cheddar cheese - 5 oz (150 gr)
Mayonnaise – 10 oz (300 gr)

1. Put eggs into the pan, pour with cold water, add salt (prevent eggs from cracking), simmer for 10 minutes.
2. Blanch broccoli quickly in boiling water, after two minutes sieve it, allow draining the moisture well (4-5 minutes).
3. Cut the peppers, broccoli, cheese. Grate eggs. Cut the apples (the last because these quickly change the color).
4. Mix the above-mentioned ingredients, then add mayonnaise and mix well. Salt to taste.
