Salad Ingredients:
2 cups chopped raw broccoli
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1 cup chopped apples
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Dressing ingredients:
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Lemon juice
1 tsp Sugar
Pinch of Salt and pepper
Directions:
In a big bowl add all salad ingredients and toss together.
In a blender add salad dressing ingredients and blend thoroughly.
Add water to thin if dressing is too thick. Pour over salad.
