Ingredients:-
1 tbsp. Oil
1 tsp. Cumin seeds
1 Onion, finely chopped
2 tsp. Ginger-garlic paste
3-4 Tomatoes, pulped
Salt, to taste
1 tsp. Red chilli powder
1 tsp. Turmeric powder
1 bowl Green peas
2 Green chillies, sliced
1 Capsicum, sliced Coriander leaves
Medium sized (500 gms.) Cabbage, sliced
1 tsp. Garam masala
1 tsp. Coriander powder
Method:-
1. In a pan heat oil and add cumin seeds, onion and fry the onion until pink.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a while.
3. Then add pulped tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and cook well.
4. Now add a bowl of green peas, cover with a lid and cook for 5 minutes on a low flame.
5. Add green chillies, capsicum, coriander leaves, cabbage and mix thoroughly.
6. Cover again and cook for 2-4 minutes.
7. Once cooked, add garam masala, coriander powder and coriander leaves.
