SIMPLE CABBAGE FRIED RICE WITHOUT ONION AND GARLIC.

Ingredients :

For CABBAGE FRIED RICE

Oil : 200 ml

Mustard seeds : 1 tbsp

Bengal gram : 3 tbsp

Urud dall : 3 tbsp

Dry chilies : 10 to 15

Curry leaves : 25

Peanuts : 300 gms

Turmeric : 1 tbsp

Cabbage : 2 kgs

Green Chillies : 8 to 10

Salt : To Taste

Vangibath Powder : 250 gm

Cooked Rice : 2 kg

Lemon Juice : 4 full [optional]

Dry Coconut Powder : 500 gms

Preparation :

In a pan put half of the Oil, Mustard seeds, Urud dall, Bengal gram, Dry Chillies, Curry Leaves, Pea Nuts and Turmeric.

Fry till golden brown and put it aside. In other pan put remaining Oil, Green Chillies and chopped Cabbage ,mix well and cook for 10 minutes in medium flame.

Now add Salt and Vangibath powder to the pan and mix well. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes in low flame .

Now in a big vessel put Cooked Rice, Dry Coconut powder, Cabbage fry that we cooked put it all together and mix well.

At last add fried stuff that we prepared at first and mix well.
