Ingredients :
For masala:
Oil - 1/2 tsp
Mustard -a small pinch
Cumin -1/4 tsp
Coriander - 1/4 tsp
Gramdhal - 1 tsp
Red chilli -2 Small
onions -2
Salt as required
For rice:
Oil - 1 tsp
Mustard - 1/4 tsp
Finely grated cabbage - 1 cup
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Ground masala - 1 tblsp
Boiled cooled rice - 2 cups
Salt as required
Curry leaves - 5
Freshly grated coconut - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1 tsp
Method :
* Fry and grind all the ingredients given under masala without water.
* Heat oil and add mustard seeds, finely shredded cabbage, turmeric powder, salt and cook.
* Add masala powder, curry leaves, required salt, freshly grated coconut, a teaspoon of ghee. Mix well and serve hot.
