Ingredients:
200-250 Grams Grated Cabbage (Kobi)
Wheat Flour Dough 2-2.5 Teaspoon
Green Chilli-Ginger (Hari Mirch-Adrak) Paste ½ Teaspoon
Turmeric Powder (Haldi) 1 Teaspoon
Dried Mango Powder (Amchur) 1 Teaspoon
Red Chilli (Lal Mirch) Powder 1 Teaspoon
Dhana Jeera 1 Teaspoon
Garam Masala
Coriander Leaves (Dhania)
Salt
Ghee
Procedure:
1. Add some salt to grated cabbage and mix well.
2. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
3. Squeeze the water from the cabbage.
4. In the cabbage add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dried mango powder, dhana jeera, garam masala, green chilli-ginger paste and coriander leaves. Mix well.
5. Take some wheat flour dough and roll out a small paratha.
6. Add the cabbage stuffing inside the paratha and close the ends and make a ball.
7. Roll out a paratha and roast it on a tawa with some ghee.
8. Kobi Na Paratha is ready to eat.
