INGREDIENTS
1kg Carrot
1 and 1/2 tablespoon Whole wheat flour (called chapati flour or Atta)
1 pinch Saffron (or 1/2 tsp of food colour )
5 tablespoon Corn Flour
4-7 tablespoon Ghee
Pistachios, cashews,almonds & raisins as required
4-5 Cardamom crushed or powder
1 bowl Sugar(250g)use the same bowl to measure 1/2 bowl of water.
