3 GREEN CHILLI

2 POTATO
2-3 CARROT
1tsp CORRIANDER POWDER
1/2tsp RED CHILLI POWDER
1/4tsp TURMERIC POWDER
1/4tsp DRY MANGO POWDER
1/2tsp GARAM MASALA POWDER
1tsp DRY FENUGREEK LEAVES

METHOD:-
heat 1 spoon oil 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 1 inch ginger, 4-5 chopped garlic cloves 2 chopped onions 1-2 sliced green chillies 2 chopped tomatoes cook covered for 2-3 minutes add some water 1 corriander powder 1/2 tbs red chilli powder 1/2 tbs turmeric powder 1 dry mango powder 1/2 tbs garam masala 1/4 dry fenugreek leaves salt as required 2 chopped potatoes 3-4 chopped carrots cook covered for 8-10 minutes Gajar Aloo is ready
