Ingredients:
Fenugreek leaves 1 Cup
Oil as required
Mustard seeds 1 Teaspoon
Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
Garlic 7 Numbers
Green chilies 3 Numbers
Dry red chili 4 Numbers
Potato 2 Numbers
Carrot 3 Numbers
Turmeric powder 1 Teaspoon
Fennel powder 1 Teaspoon
Pepper powder 1 Teaspoon
Salt as per taste
Method:
Take a pan, add oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, garlic, chopped green chilies, dry red chilies, chopped carrot, turmeric powder and mix it well and cook it for 2 minutes.
Now add fennel powder, pepper powder, chopped fenugreek leaves, salt and mix it well. Cook it for 3 to 4 minutes.
At last, add boiled potatoes, adjust seasoning and cook it for few more minutes.
