Ingredients
: ¾ cup Cabbage (Chopped)
½ cup Carrot (Chopped)
¾ cup All-purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
¾ cup water
½ tablespoon oil
Oil for deep frying
Steps:
Add flour, baking powder and salt in a large mixing bowl Stir in the egg and mix well
Add water gradually until it forms a soft dough
Add the cabbage and carrot and mix well
Add ½ tablespoon oil and mix well
Heat the oil Scope one spoonful for the vegetable mixture
Fry both side till golden brown Serve immediately with chili sauce
