Roasted Carrots Recipe | Side Dish Recipes | The Sweetest Journey

Ingredients:

Carrots, 1 Lb. (454g) 1/4 Cup

Olive Oil (60ml)

1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes (1.6g)

1 Teaspoon Thyme (1.43g)

Black Pepper, to taste

Kosher Salt, to taste

Directions:

1. Wash and cut carrots in half lengthwise. Place carrots in a large bowl. Add olive oil, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper. Toss together until carrots are evenly coated.

2. Transfer carrots to a parchment lined baking sheet and arrange them in one layer. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 30 to 40 minutes or until carrots are tender. Serve warm.
