CARROT MILKSHAKE

Ingredients

Carrots:4 medium sized

Cardamom powder:1/2 tsp

Cashew nuts: 7

Dates:6 ( deseeded)

Honey: 2 tbsp

Milk: 3 cups ( Boiled&chilled)

Water: 3 cups

Chopped almonds:2 tsp

Method

Take a sauce pan , pour3 cups of water in to this, add chopped Carrots.

Boil it until it becomes soft. Keep it aside and leave it to cool down completely.Once it reaches the room temperature, take a blender and add all the ingredients except almonds .

Pour one cup of chilled milk and blend it to make a smooth paste.

Now we can add rest of the milk and blend it very well.Serve this in to a serving glass ,

Garnish with finely chopped almonds. Enjoy ????
