Restaurant Style Cauliflower Masala | காலிபிளவர் மசாலா செய்வது எப்படி | Gobhi Masala Recipe

Ingredients:

• Ghee 1-Tsbsp

• Kasuri Methi 1-Tsp

• 1-Cup Cauliflower Chopped

• Cinnamon 3 stricks

• Onions 1-Chopped

• Kasuri methi 1-Tsp

•Tomatoes 1-Chopped

• Green chilly 2- Chopped

• Salt 1- Tsp

• Butter 1-Tsp

• Red chilli powder 1- Tsp

• Garam masla powder 1-Tsp

• Butter 1- Tsp

• Coconut Milk 1- Cup

• Lemon juice 1 - Tsp

Instructions:

Wash & chop cauliflower

Wash Heat Kadai with Ghee and add 1- Cup Cauliflower Chopped, Cinnamon 3 stricks Then add onion, Kasuri Methi 1-Tsp sauté till raw smell out then add Salt, Green chilly 2- Chopped chopped tomatoes and cook till soft.

red chili powder, garam masala powder and saute till the raw smell Add 1 cup Coconut milk mix well & let it boil cook for about 6 – 8 minutes, or till the cauliflower is cooked, over low flame.

Add Lemon juice 1 - Tsp Top it with 1 tsp butter and remove from flame. Serve hot with chapathi, roti, naan, rice etc
